[He leans in to press a quick kiss to Loki's lips.]

Let's not focus on that.

[dothelokimotion]

[ loki smiles back as he leans into thor's kiss with a purr. ]

[stormbreaking]

[He gives a pleased hum of his own into the kiss -- and when it ends, he has absolutely no shame about picking up Loki and moving him towards their bed.]

Do you feel reassured now, brother?

[dothelokimotion]

[ loki feigns a careless shrug. ]

Mmm. Perhaps.

[stormbreaking]

And how could I reassure you even further, brother?

[dothelokimotion]

Hmm.

Perhaps something more physical?

[stormbreaking]

Anything you want, Loki.

[dothelokimotion]

[ and how his heart gives way to that simple thing. ]

Oh, Thor.

[ he cradles his brother's face. ]

There's nothing in any world I love more than you.

[stormbreaking]

[Something warms in him at those words as he slides his arms tighter around Loki.]

I love you as well, Loki.

[He leans in to kiss him softly.]

And I would never wish to change that, nor anything that has happened. I hope you know that.

[ for the first time, there is no doubt. no jealousy. no envy. there's nothing but implacable trust in thor. trust in both their hearts. ]

I know.

[stormbreaking]

[He slides his arms around Loki, pulling him into a proper embrace.]

You've come a long way, brother.

[dothelokimotion]

[ he chuckles at that, tucking himself against thor. ]

Have I?

[stormbreaking]

There were times I thought you would rather stab me than hear me say I love you.

[Or say it back, for that matter.]

[dothelokimotion]

[ loki traces circles in thor's chest, around his heart. ]

I always wanted you to say it. I just didn't know how to trust it.

[stormbreaking]

I would never lie about something like that... you know that.

[He watches Loki quietly, privately enjoying the touches, the ease Loki has with them.]

[ loki exhales softly. ]

I do. But once I learned that father lied to me. That mother lied to me, it was . . . too much. Everyone felt like a liar.

If you can't trust family, who can you trust?

[stormbreaking]

You can trust me.

[He brings up a hand to brush over Loki's cheek.]

Always, Loki.

[dothelokimotion]

[ loki shifts to brush a kiss to thor's palm. ]

You are the only one I trust.

[stormbreaking]

[Those words have him leaning in to kiss Loki deeper, pressing him nearer.]

Those are perhaps some of the sweetest words you've spoke.

[dothelokimotion]

[ loki moans into the kiss, eagerly pressing against thor and running his fingers through his hair. still, loki pulls back with a twinkle in his eyes.]

Are they? I should say them more often.

[stormbreaking]

[He lets out a sigh as he tilts back against Loki's fingers.]

Perhaps. [He takes a step back towards the bed, a teasing smile on his lips.]

You're being rather distracting, brother...

[dothelokimotion]

[ loki leans back on the bed, only propped up by his elbows. ]

Am I not always distracting?

[stormbreaking]

You do somehow manage it.

[He gives a softer smile as he leans forward to brush a kiss to Loki's lips.]
